Cancellation Policies
Free cancellation of the purchase date up to 7 days after the purchase, and the guest must respect the deadline of 24 H, before check in to cancel, so we will have time to sell the apartment.
E.g. purchased on the 20th check in 21st, you will not travel, cancel immediately, bought the 20th trip on the 30th, cancel until the 27th. If the guest does not cancel and prevent the hotel from selling the UH, we will charge at the show on the first day and cancel the others. the no show of the first night will result in the cancellation of the others.
