Cancellation Policies

1. Rules for making the reservation – Only full payment of 100% of the stay guarantees the reservation for the requested period. Only those that receive payment confirmation, either through card sales processing, will be considered confirmed reservations. 2. Check-in from 15:00 / check-out until 12:00. 3. Food – Our reservations include half board (breakfast and dinner) and substitution or exchange for another meal is not possible. 4. Payment policy – All reservations can be paid by credit card. Reservations paid by credit card will only be accepted if the buyer is the card holder, and at check-in it may be necessary to present the card used for the reservation. 5. Date changes – Requests to change the accommodation date must be requested in writing (which can be sent electronically) and requested only once, at least 7 days in advance of check-in. Those made within less than 7 days of check-in are subject to the cancellation rules below. If there is a difference in the rate on the new date chosen, this must be paid by the customer to make the change. If the rate is lower, the customer will keep the balance in credit for consumption at the hotel. 6. Cancellation rules – Cancellation of reservations must be requested in writing, which may be sent electronically, and must follow the following rules for refunds or issuing a letter of credit, according to the date of purchase and the advance notice of check in date: 6.1. Cancellations requested up to 7 days after purchase will be refunded without penalty, as long as the formal cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the check-in date. If the cancellation request date is made less than 7 days before entering the hotel, the conditions in items 6.3 apply. and 6.4. 6.2. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival at the hotel will incur a 20% fine for refund or full amount in letter of credit for rescheduling. 6.3. Cancellations made between 29 days and 4 days before check in will incur a 40% fine or full amount in letter of credit for rescheduling. 6.4. Cancellation with 3 days or less of check-in period, there will be no letter of credit or refund, total loss of the amount paid; 7. No-show - Total loss of the amount paid, not generating any credit; 8. Early departure - Does not generate the right to a letter of credit; 9. Promotions and holidays may have specific rules that will be published together with the prospectuses of said promotional campaign; 10. Letters of credit – In case of rescheduling, respecting the deadlines above, in which the customer intends to maintain credit for the amount paid for use in a future reservation at the hotel, the letter of credit will be issued with the amount paid and not in daily rates, and must respect the rate for the chosen period, if there is a difference to be paid, this must be paid to complete the new reservation. Our letters of credit are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. There will be no extension of the validity of letters of credit.
