Cancellation Policies
- All requests must be made by email to the hotel reservations department - [email protected]
- Carnival and New Year's Eve: in case of cancellation at any time after confirmation, there will be no refund or daily credit
- Requests made more than 30 days after check-in: there is no penalty. However, the amount paid is retained as a credit for use within 12 months from the original check-in date and there may occasionally be a difference in rates on the new dates requested.
- Requests between 30 and 15 days from check-in: 50% penalty on the amount paid and the balance is retained as a credit for use within 12 months from the original check-in date, and there may occasionally be a difference in rates new dates requested
- Requests made 14 days or less before check-in: penalty of 100% of the amount paid and, therefore, there is no credit to be used in the future
- In case of early departure: the full amount of the reserved nights will be charged
- In case of no-show (no show), a penalty of 100% of the amount paid will be charged and, therefore, there is no credit to be used in the future
- There is no possibility of refunding amounts, even after penalties have been applied
