Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
A deposit of at least 50% of the total reservation amount must be made up to 15 days before arrival to guarantee the lock of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies
● Up to 30 days before check-in, the amount paid will be reversed in a letter of credit, for a future stay, for a period of 01 year from the date of cancellation.
● From seven to 30 days before check-in, 30% of the amount paid will be deducted, the remaining balance will be reversed in a letter of credit for a future stay, for a period of 01 year from the date of cancellation.
● Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will not be refunded.
● The reservation holder may arrange to be replaced by another person responsible, under the same conditions, on the same date.
● In cases where the guest does not show up, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
● If there is a delay in arrival or an early departure date, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
