5. PAYMENT METHODS
5.1 Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX - American Express, Dinners Club, Elo, Hotel Card;
5.2 For reservations made through the website WWW.LETSHOTELS.COM.BR, we offer payment in up to 3 installments via card;
5.3 Direct to the hotel, upon arrival. We accept payment by Cash, Credit/Debit Card;
5.4 Bank Deposit proof must be sent via email [email protected] or WhatsApp +55 (61) 34242525. ATM deposits will only be accepted after confirmation from the hotel's finance company;
5.5 Invoiced to a legal entity, via bank slip, within 15 days after check-out, upon registration approval (analyzed within 2 business days). Note: Billing will be from the second reservation request, if the registration does not arrive in a timely manner.
5.6 We do not accept checks.
5.7 For stays longer than 6 days, every 7 days or earlier, the guest will be asked by reception to make a partial adjustment of their extra and/or invoiced expenses.

6. PAYMENT OF COMMISSION TO TRAVEL AGENCIES
6.1 Commissioned Rates: Travel and Tourism agencies will be commissioned at 10% of the daily rate paid. Payment will be upon presentation of a service invoice for the amount of the commission; We notify that the supplier has a period of up to 6 (six) months from the issuance of the accommodation invoice to request commissioning. In this sense, we inform you that payment will be made upon presentation of an invoice within the deadline mentioned above;
6.2 NET tariffs will not be commissioned;

Cancellation Policies

3.1 Cancellation can be made, free of charge, up to 4pm on the date of arrival at the hotel. For other guaranteed reservations, cancellation may be made as follows:

• High Occupancy/Season Periods: No charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date. In case of a ‘no-show’, the amount for the entire reserved period will be charged;
3.2 Partner Sites: In the case of reservations made through partner sites, requests for cancellation or change of reservation date must be made directly on the site responsible for the reservation, observing the specific procedures and, if the date is changed, availability of apartments;
3.3 NO SHOW: Guaranteed reservations will be kept until 12pm on the day following the day of arrival, and if the guest does not show up by this date, they will be charged a 'no-show' equivalent to the first night plus fees* of the reservation. After this time, the no-show charge will be made and the reservation will be closed. During High Occupancy/Season, you will be charged for the entire reservation period. Reservations without a 'no-show' guarantee will be kept until 6pm on the day scheduled for arrival at the hotel, after this time the reservation will be automatically canceled.
• IMPORTANT: During periods of High Occupancy/Season, reservations without a 'no-show' guarantee will be contacted by the hotel to request advance payment and guarantee the reservation. If the customer does not guarantee the reservation, it will be automatically canceled;
• NOTE: For reservations guaranteed with a credit card, we inform you that on the date the reservation is completed, pre-authorization will be carried out on the card provided:
o Total daily rates plus taxes* in High Occupancy/Season; It is
o One night plus taxes* in Low Occupancy/Season.
In the above cases, the customer's pre-authorization balance will be blocked at the hotel's disposal to guarantee the reservation. If the card details communicated by the customer are invalid, or without authorization, the reservation will be cancelled. The 'no-show' can also be guaranteed through a bank deposit, which must be made 5 working days in advance of the check-in date.
