Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay at least 50% of the total amount at the time of booking to guarantee the lock of the apartment. Payment via bank deposit, transfer or credit card.
Bank details will be sent to the guest after the reservation has been made.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of No Show reservations is permitted up to 14 days before the check-in date. Cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the stay.
Reservations cancelled 7 days after confirmation will be charged an administrative fee of 15% of the payment.
