• Up to 30 days before check-in (arrival) at no cost; • Less than 29 days before check-in (arrival) and no-show, 50% of the value of the reserved period will be retained and non-refundable; • In case of reduction of the stay after check-in (arrival), the full value of the reservation will be maintained; • The same rules apply to changes to reservations; Attention: Refund/cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of purchase/reservation, according to the Consumer Protection Code art. 49, respecting the cancellation or no-show deadline.
