Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION OF PAID RESERVATIONS, UP TO 5 DAYS, BEFORE CHECK-IN, WILL BE RETURNED AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER, DISCOUNTING BANK CHARGES, CARD OR ADMINISTRATIVE FEES, IF ANY;
WITH LESS THAN 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN, A 50% CANCELLATION FINE IS CHARGED.
