• Requests to change the reservation date must be sent to: [email protected], up to 30 days before check-in and will be subject to availability for the new reservation on the requested date and may also undergo price adjustments according to the current tariff for the new period. Please note, if the value of the new date is lower than the amount already paid, we will not refund the difference and it will not be left as a credit, thus losing the value.
• Cancellation with refund must be requested via email, [email protected], within 7 (seven) days after making the reservation, in accordance with Brazilian legislation. The refund will be made to the guest's current account or another account indicated by the guest via email or refund to the credit card (if payment is made via card).
