The total value of the package will be charged at the time of booking, which can be paid in up to 4 installments, with minimum installments of R$100.00.
The reservation will be guaranteed after confirmation from the card administrator that the debit has been authorized and the charge has been made.
If the card is refused, a new card will be requested, which must be made available within 12 hours.
If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

• Requests to change the reservation date must be sent to: [email protected], up to 30 days before check-in and will be subject to availability for the new reservation on the requested date and may also undergo price adjustments according to the current tariff for the new period. Please note, if the value of the new date is lower than the amount already paid, we will not refund the difference and it will not be left as a credit, thus losing the value.
• Cancellation with refund must be requested via email, [email protected], within 7 (seven) days after making the reservation, in accordance with Brazilian legislation. The refund will be made to the guest's current account or another account indicated by the guest via email or refund to the credit card (if payment is made via card). After the cancellation period, we will not refund the amount, and we will not issue a letter of credit.
• In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the housing unit will be available until 12pm (noon) on the day following check-in, after this time we will continue to charge 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount paid , with no right to refund (no show) and the accommodation will no longer be available for booking.

- Cancellations or modifications untill 24 hours before the check-in schedule will be free of cost. Cancellations, modifications and no shows after the mentioned period will be charged 100% of the reservation first night;

- Every Reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card;

- The Check-in schedule is from 2pm and the Check-out must be done not later than 12pm.Early check-in and late check-out may have additional costs;
- One Child not older than 2 years old will not be charged, as long as child sleeps in one of the preexistent beds in the apartment. Children older than 2 years old will have an additional cost. In cases of 2 children, both under 3 years old, one will be free of charge and one will be charged an additional cost;

- No pets allowed.
