Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Prepayment for the total accommodation:
• 50% - Upon request and confirmation of the reservation.
• 50% - 90 days* before check-in date.
* If the requested reservation has a check-in date less than 90 days from the request, the prepayment to confirm the reservation must be in full, in the total value of the daily rates plus the ISS rate.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation • 90 days or more before check in date: Full refund, - 5% administrative fees • Between 89 and 30 days before check in date: Penalty of 50% of total payment and refund of 50% of total payment ; or the refund balance can be used as credit** • Less than 30 days from check in date or “no show”: 100% fine. There are no refunds.
BUYOUT: in case of buyout, if canceled there will be no refund. Fines will be applied in accordance with the
prior to cancellation, and the credit can be used within 365 days of the check-in date.
