Deposit / Guarantee Policies
To confirm your stay, you will be required to pay the total amount in advance via credit card. Payment can be made in up to 10 installments, as selected when booking.
The credit cards used to make the reservation must be in the name of the main guest, otherwise your reservation will be declined by the property and your card will be marked as invalid.
Don't worry, if this happens, you will have up to 24 hours to update your card within the Resort's requirements. After this period, your reservation will be canceled.
Remember:
You must also present a valid photo ID at check-in, along with the credit card used on the website to pay for the reservation.
If you wish to give someone a gift, please contact the property to request a specific form for advance payment.

Cancellation Policies
Policy for Cancellation of Reservations during Holidays or High Season or events: The deadline for cancellation without penalty is up to 21 days before the arrival date. Cancellations, changes and no-shows after this period will be charged the full amount of the accommodation. Cancellation in the period of COVID-19: If the reservation is canceled or the city has strict isolation measures in which the hotel is unable to receive guests, the amount paid as guarantee of the reservation will be reversed in credit for a new accommodation. This credit is valid for 1 year from the original reservation date. Payments made are non-refundable. The rescheduling is entirely subject to hotel availability and seasonality, holiday periods and events must be respected, with the possibility of changing the daily rate.

Cancellations made up to 45 days before check-in will be refunded 100%.
If you cancel less than 45 days before check-in or if you do not show up on the reserved date, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.
This rate does not allow for rebooking or credit for other uses.
