Private Reservations:
Payment by credit card
Credit card details are provided only to guarantee the reservation. Payment must be made at the Hotel, upon check-in, except during periods involving New Year's Eve or Carnival, where payment is made in advance. It is mandatory that the holder of the reservation and the credit card are the same.
Agencies and Operators.
The daily rates will be invoiced to the operator upon registration approval. If the registration is not approved, prepayment will be requested to confirm the reservation.
Billing period: 15 days after check out.
Cancellation Policies
Deadline of 2 days before check in for cancellation and changes free of charge.
Pre-paid amounts are non-refundable – in case of cancellation, the pre-paid amount is converted into a credit valid for 1 year, for use in accordance with prior availability consultation at the Hotel, except during New Year's Eve, Carnival and other holidays.
