Accommodation during Conventional Periods, except New Year's Eve and Carnival: a deposit of R$415.00 per apartment will be charged to guarantee the reservation via bank transfer or Pix. The balance must be paid directly at the Hotel, upon check-in, in up to 6 interest-free installments.
Accommodation during New Year's Eve or Carnival: full payment in advance.

Cancellation Policies

RESERVATION DOES NOT ALLOW CANCELLATION.
PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Accommodation during Conventional Periods, except New Year's Eve and Carnival: 2 days before check-in for cancellation and changes without charge. In case of non-compliance or no-show, the amount of the first night will be charged. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable – in case of cancellation, the prepaid amount is converted into credit valid for 1 year, to be used according to prior availability check at the Hotel, except during New Year's Eve, Carnival and other holidays.
Accommodation during New Year's Eve or Carnival: non-refundable cancellation policy. In case of cancellation, there will be no refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
