Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
For payments:
IN CASH (BANK DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARD), confirmation will be 50% in advance and 50% at check-in (it can be by card, but in cash).
INSTALLMENTS, confirmation will be 100% in advance
Comments
- For reservations on long holidays, New Year's Eve, Carnival, and/or "non-refundable" policy, payment is in full in advance. The reservations department will contact you and you can pay in up to 6 installments, and by the check-in date, the total must be paid.
- To confirm the reservation by bank deposit, the receipt must be sent by email within 48 hours.
- Reservations with credit card will be debited upon receipt of reservation confirmation via email.
Cancellation Policies
Law 8,078 of the Consumer Protection Code in its article 49, informs that the consumer has a period of 7 days, after payment of the reservation, to make a formal request to regret the purchase, to have the amount paid reimbursed.
For cancellations more than 30 days in advance of the check-in date, a fee of 5% of the total accommodation price will be charged. In case of payment in installments, the inn will make the refund after receiving the total payment in advance.
There will be no refund of the amount paid in advance in case of cancellation less than 30 days from the check-in date.
The reservation will be held until 1am on the day following the scheduled arrival date. In case of no-show, we will release the reserved suite and cancellation will be charged at 50% of the total accommodation. For reservations on long holidays, New Year's Eve and Carnival, the fine will be 100%.
In case of earlier departure than the date scheduled in the reservation, the total amount of accommodation will be charged.
