Cancellation Policies
There will be no refund of the amount paid in advance in the event of cancellation.
For period changes, we will grant the possibility for reservations with a minimum of 30 days from check-in, except in cases of long holidays, New Year's Eve and Carnival.
Law 8,078 of the Consumer Protection Code in its article 49, informs that the consumer has a period of 7 days, after payment of the reservation, to make a formal request to regret the purchase, to have the amount paid reimbursed.
