Cancellation Policies
• Withdrawal without cancellation (No-Show): Failure to show up without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a “No-Show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
• Withdrawal after check-in: Withdrawal from your stay upon arrival or after check-in at the Hotel, as well as early departure for any reason WILL NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARD NEW DAILY RATES, resulting in total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate.
• Early Cancellation: In case of cancellation at least 30 days before the date of arrival at the Hotel, the guest will receive credit for new daily rates, which can be used within a period of up to 1 (one) year, subject to the current rate and hotel availability.
NOTE. If cancellation occurs less than 7 (seven) days before the date of arrival at the hotel, the total amount paid for the night or package will be forfeited.
