If there is a need to cancel or change the reservation date, the customer must notify the Hotel in writing, and cancellation or change over the telephone will not be accepted.<br/>No cancellation or date transfer fee will be charged, only the possible difference in price between one period and another, if any, observing the following deadline:<br/> <br/>15 days in advance of arrival date for low or high season<br/><br/>Requests up to 30 days prior to the start of the package<br/><br/>Note: Always according to the availability of vacancies at the Hotel.<br/><br/>*CANCELLATION OUTSIDE THE LIMIT TIME, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.<br/><br/>WITHDRAWAL<br/>Withdrawal without cancellation – “no show”<br/>15 days in advance of arrival date for low or high season<br/><br/>Note: Always according to the availability of vacancies at the Hotel.<br/><br/><br/>*CANCELLATION OUTSIDE THE LIMIT TIME, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.<br/><br/>WITHDRAWAL<br/>Withdrawal without cancellation – “no show”<br/><br/>Failure to show up without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, starting from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.<br/>Withdrawal after entry<br/>Cancellation upon arrival or after entering the Hotel, as well as early departure for any reason.<br/>YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF THE PACKAGE AS NEGOTIATED IN THE BOOKING, WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARD NEW DAILY RATES.<br/><br/>IMPORTANT<br/>With this contract, we aim to maintain the standard of quality in service, without losses for our Hotel and our client.
