If there is a need to cancel or change the reservation date, the customer must notify the Hotel in writing, and cancellation or change over the telephone will not be accepted. No cancellation or date transfer fee will be charged, only the possible difference in price between one period and another, if any, observing the following deadline: 15 days in advance of arrival date for low or high season Requests up to 30 days prior to the start of the package Note: Always according to the availability of vacancies at the Hotel. *CANCELLATION OUTSIDE THE LIMIT TIME, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
