Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Payment for daily rates can be made by credit card in up to 10 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$100.00.
Cancellation Policies
The cancellation policy instructed by EMBRATUR according to Normative Deliberation No. 165/95 is as follows:
Reservation, Cancellation and No-Show Policy
a) Cancellations and changes must be formally requested by email from your salesperson or representative.
b) Early departure does not generate a refund.
c) Cancellations made 20 or more days in advance: 30% penalty or credit for use within 12 months.
d) Cancellations made between 19 and 7 days in advance: 50% penalty or credit for use within 12 months.
e) Cancellations made 6 or fewer days in advance: no refund or credit.
f) No-show: no refund or credit.
g) No-show is when the guest does not appear, being considered an uncommunicated absence.
