After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be made within 24 hours to guarantee the blocking of the bungalow.
Credit card payments will be authorized through completed and signed debit authorization, only for foreign guests.

Cancellation Policies
• Cancellation or No Show policy:
1. Up to 30 days before check-in, the accommodation date may be rescheduled according to availability (the current rate for the new period will be applied) or the amount paid may be refunded (within 45 business days of the date of cancellation).
2. Up to 15 days before check-in, a fine of 30% of the total cost of accommodation will be charged;
3. Up to 7 days before check-in or No-Show (no-show) the total amount deposited will be charged
Rebooking policy:
Up to 30 days before check-in, the accommodation date may be rescheduled according to availability (the current rate for the new period will be applied) or the amount paid may be refunded (within 45 business days of the date of cancellation). Rescheduling can be done for up to one year after the initially booked period (except rescheduling for holidays and the months of December and January).
