Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After booking, 50% of the accommodation value (including fees and taxes) will be charged to the credit card provided by the customer and the other 50% will be charged up to 30 days before check-in. Reservation confirmation depends on validation of the charge by the credit card company. The customer must be the holder of the specified credit card and must present it, together with a valid identification document, to reception at check-in.

Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF RESERVATIONS

· Up to 30 days from check in = fine of 5% of the prepaid amount.
· Up to 20 days from check in = fine of 50% of the prepaid amount.
· Less than 20 days = fine of 100% of the prepaid amount.
· We will not refund the prepaid amount, the balance (if any) will be available as a credit for future accommodation and must be used during a period of one year from the date of booking, after a period of one year the credit will be canceled.
· For early departures, 100% of the daily balance will be charged.
· No Show (no-show) will be charged the prepaid amount, without a letter of credit.
Reservations for high season and holidays:
· Payment of 50% at the time of booking.
· Full payment up to 30 days before check in.
