Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total reservation value must be made within 72 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION or TRANSFER OF BOOKING
40. Cancellation must be requested via the same email as the reservation was made and the deposit details must be provided.
41. Reservations made up to 72 hours before the check-in date are given a period of 24 hours to cancel without any penalties for the contractor.
42. Reservations can be canceled up to 30 days in advance, with only the administrative fee (30%) deducted for tax and operational remittance costs.
43. For cancellations less than 30 days old, the deposit will not be refunded.
44. In case of no-show, without prior notice, the housing unit becomes available for rent 24 hours after check-in time, thus losing the right to reservation and the deposit deposited.
45. Mar de Guara undertakes to return the remainder (item 42) within 30 to 60 days for national banks and up to 90 days for banks abroad, counting from the date on which the return details were requested and informed.
46. The transfer of the reservation holder, for the same period, must be informed in advance.
47. Your reservation is valid for 24 months, if you want to keep the credit on the house, remember that we do not guarantee the same period requested previously.
HOLIDAY PACKAGES
48. In the case of stay packages for national holidays, failure to show up within the first 24 hours without prior notice, or cancellation less than 30 days before the check-in date, leaves the UH available for new booking. If a new reservation is made at the same UH, only 30% of the package value is charged and if the UH does not receive a new reservation, up to the entire package value may be charged, as it involves fundamental periods that require prior investments such as hiring people. extras.
