Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, it is necessary that a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is made within 10 days before check-in to guarantee the locking of the apartment. If the payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
1- Up to 15 days from the date of entry: 100% refund of the amount paid or stay credit. 2- Up to 10 days from the date of entry: 50% refund of the amount paid or stay credit. 3- 5 days or less "NO SHOW": No refund. 4- Reservations during the week and for the weekend and cancel the day before or on the day of check-in of the stay, will be considered "NO SHOW".
On other dates:

# Chateau La Villette undertakes to refund the cancellation amount, subject to the conditions stipulated above, within 7 working days, counting from the date of your order.
# There will not be any kind of return, nor will any credit be given for the use of accommodation on any other date, in the cancellation requests received by the Pousada that are made in periods less than 10 days from the date of the beginning of the contracted accommodation.
# Of the part eventually paid by card, we will refund 97%. (3% is the card operator's commission). # PAYMENT METHOD: the one stipulated below, except for exceptions previously contracted 50% in the booking confirmation - 50% at check out with the service fee.
# In the case of a letter of credit, it will be valid for 06 months from the date of cancellation. For the use of the letter, the remaining balance of the daily rates must be paid in advance for future use.
