Deposit / Guarantee Policies
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total reservation value must be made within 24 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
The remaining balance will be paid at check-in, which can be paid in up to 6 installments via credit card, however, as long as the minimum installment is R$ 300.00

Cancellation Policies
If there is a need to cancel or change the date of the reservation, the guest must inform the Hotel in writing. Within 72 hours the reservation department will respond to the customer's request. Cancellation or alteration requests made by telephone will not be accepted.
In the case of reservations made through partner sites, requests for cancellation or change of reservation date must be made directly on the website responsible for the reservation, observing specific policies and, if the date changes, the availability of apartments.
The cancellation of the reservation can be made by the client up to 72 (seventy-two) hours before the initial date of the reservation, without any charge to the client. However, in the high season and public holidays, the minimum period is up to 7 days before check-in.
The cancellation made by the guest after 72 (seventy-two) hours before the initial reservation date will be subject to payment corresponding to 30% of the total amount that was paid at the time of booking, or that will be debited from the cardholder. credit indicated by the guest at the time of booking.
Payment of a fine corresponding to 30% for non-attendance (no show) or a daily fee will be due according to what is applied in the policy by the hotel on the day of booking. The fine for non-attendance (at the show) will be debited from the credit card holder indicated by the customer at the time of booking or deducted from the deposited amount.
No show (no show), for the purpose of incurring the fine and cancellation of the reservation, when the customer does not check in (check in) at the Hotel until 11:59 pm on the initial day of the reservation.
The reservation will be automatically canceled if the guest does not show up until 11:59 pm and does not inform the Hotel that he will arrive after this time.
