Cancellation Policies

In accordance with State Law No. 15654 of 11/26/2015
- Cancellation 60 to 30 days before guest check-in: 50% fine and 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation after 29 days of guest check-in, fine of 100% of the amount paid. There are no refunds or credits to be used.
