Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
50% of the package in one payment on the card at the time of booking and the other 50% at the time of check in.
OR
100% of the package in up to 6 installments on the card at the time of booking - minimum installments of R$500.00.
The card used to guarantee the reservation must be presented at check-in together with a photo ID of the card holder.
The Hotel adds a 5% ISS tax on the total cost of accommodation and a 10% Service tax on items consumed in the restaurant.
Cancellation Policies
- No charge: The deadline for canceling reservations is up to 7 days before check in.
- From six days or withdrawal during the accommodation period: the full price of the package will be charged.
