Deposit / Guarantee Policies

50% deposit upon booking and balance up to 30 days before check-in. The reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt (referring to 100% of the accommodation period) on the specified date. Failure to pay for the reservation will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation or No Show policy:
1. Up to 30 days before check-in, the accommodation date may be rescheduled according to availability (the current rate for the new period will be applied) or the amount paid may be refunded (within 45 business days of the date of cancellation).
2. Up to 15 days before check-in, a fine of 30% of the total accommodation price will be charged;
3. Up to 7 days before check-in or No-Show (no-show) the total amount deposited will be charged.

Rescheduling policy: Up to 30 days before check-in, the accommodation date may be rescheduled according to availability (the current rate for the new period will be applied) or the amount paid will be refunded (within 45 business days of the date of cancellation).

Deposit/Guarantee Policies
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount must be made within 24 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment. Credit card balances will be authorized upon check-in.

Cancellation or change policy:
Law No. 16,559 OF 01/15/2019 - Art. 112
- Charge of a fine of 50% of the total value of the reservation in case of cancellation made 60 (sixty) days up to 31 (thirty-one) days in advance of the check-in date.
- Charge of a fine of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the check-in date.
- For reservations made within the 7-day check-in period, a fine of 100% of the reserved period will be applied.
- For reservations made less than 29 days and more than 7 days from check-in, the free cancellation period is 7 days after confirmation. If this limit is exceeded, a fine of 100% of the reserved period will be applied.
- If the consumer does not show up without prior notice of cancellation, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
- For reservations that cover national, state or municipal holidays determined by law, a fine of 75% of the total value of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation made 60 (sixty) days up to 31 (thirty-one) days in advance of the date of the reservation. check in; and, a fine of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the check-in date.
