After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

We understand that there are several situations that may lead to the cancellation of a trip. However, according to Law No. 8,245 of 10/18/1991, Articles 48 to 50, we are not legally obligated to refund your money.

General Policy

Cancellation of reservations for Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, Easter and other long weekend packages (packages). For reservations in packages during these high season periods, we assume and guarantee the vacancy of your apartment. For this reason and due to the high demand during these dates, there is no refund of the amount paid; the guest loses the total amount paid in advance. New reservations will only be accepted subject to the availability of apartments.
