Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of reservations without a No Show fee is permitted up to 2 days before the check-in date, with the amount remaining as a credit to be used within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days.
Cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's stay.
