Deposit and Guarantee
We request a deposit of 50% of the reservation amount as a guarantee. This amount must be paid within 2 business days after registering the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
Considering the start of the package or daily rate, the amount paid will be refunded as follows:
Up to 14 days prior to check-in, the refund will be 70% of the amount already deposited, withholding 30% of the amount as a cancellation fee.
Up to 7 days prior to check-in, retention of 100% of the amount already deposited.
Discount of: 10.00%
