Deposit / Guarantee Policies

- After the booking is confirmed, 50% of the total amount will be deducted from the credit card provided to guarantee the blocking of the apartment.
- In the event of cancellation 6 months after the booking was made, the amount cannot be refunded to the card (operator rule). Therefore, the guest must provide a form of reimbursement (bank account or collect the amount in person), minus the card fees, or reverse the total amount towards the payment of a future booking.
- If the payment is not authorized by the card operator, the booking will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
- Cancellation or change requests made by telephone will not be accepted.
- After the deadline for free cancellation, no amount will be refunded.

Cancellation Policies

- 50% will be charged at the time of booking. If the guest cancels up to 14 days before the check-in date, the establishment will refund the amount paid, minus fees and administrative expenses.
- In the event of cancellation 6 months after the booking was made, the amount cannot be refunded to the card (operator rule). - If the guest cancels or modifies the booking after this period or does not occupy the apartment, no amount will be refunded.
- In the event of early departure, once the apartment is occupied in any type of booking/package, the total amount for the booking period will be charged, with no refund of the amounts.
