Payment will be made via credit card or bank deposit
By Credit Card (we accept VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINNERS, ELO or MASTER) providing the Name, Number, Expiration Date, Security Code;
Make a bank deposit to our account at CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL - Agency 3524 - Current Account No. 0000168-8 - (CNPJ 11.091.999/0001-48) in the name of Natur Campeche and then send the bank receipt with your name written on it, via WhatsApp or email.
Cancellation Policies
The guest may cancel the reservation up to 48 hours before the check-in time free of charge.
Between 48 hours of check-in and the check-in time, the guest must pay the cost of the first night in case of cancellation.
No Show: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged;
Early Departure: 100% of the total accommodation amount will be charged.
Procedures: Any changes (name/date change) to the reservation must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date. Requests should be sent to [email protected] and will only be validated upon acceptance of the request.
