Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Payment can be made by credit card, cash or bank deposit. 50% must be paid at the time of booking, to guarantee the reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid five (5) days before the package. If you wish, you can pay in up to 4 installments by bank deposit, and the full amount must be paid five (5) days before the start of the package.
On other dates:
Payment will be made via credit card or bank deposit
By Credit Card (we accept VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINNERS, ELO or MASTER) providing the Name, Number, Expiration Date, Security Code;
Make a bank deposit to our account at CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL - Agency 3524 - Current Account No. 0000168-8 - (CNPJ 11.091.999/0001-48) in the name of Natur Campeche and then send the bank receipt with your name written on it, via WhatsApp or email.
Cancellation Policies
The guest must pay the full price of the reservation in case of cancellation at any time
The guest must make a prepayment of the full price of the reservation at any time.
