Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To guarantee reservations, we request your credit card details.
After the free cancellation period, we can pre-authorize your card for the amount of the first night's stay.
IMPORTANT:
If you have chosen to pay by credit card, we will request the physical card used for the purchase and the cardholder's ID (which must be from one of the guests on the reservation). If you refuse or do not provide the details used for the purchase on the website, payment will be requested at check-in via PIX, and the charge on your card will be refunded within 7 business days.
Cancellation Policies
For CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S EVE AND CARNIVAL, THE RATE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
For any other dates, if you cancel or change up to 14 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
If you cancel or change later or in case of no-show, one night's reservation will be charged.
In case of early departure, the full amount of the accommodation will be charged.
Cancellation and prepayment policy:
* · 1 night's stay must be paid in advance to confirm the reservation. OPERATORS IN INVOICED FORMAT, DO NOT REQUIRE PREPAYMENT.
Failure to show up without formal notice (by email) until 12:00 pm the day after the check-in date will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, with the amount of 1 night's stay being charged as a fine.
The accommodation price will not be changed for later arrival or early departure;
