All bookings require a valid credit card to be confirmed.

Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before arrival, free of charge. After 48 hours, a cancellation charge equal to the first 2 (two) nights of the reservation will be charged. In case of no show or early departure, the total stay will be charged. Standard payment terms apply to all cancellation costs. For this purpose, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the cancellation amount to the guest's credit card, without prior notice or approval, when applicable.

TOURIST TAX:
All reservations made after March 13, 2024 will be subject to payment of a tourist tax as follows:
The Tourist Tax has a unit value of €2.00/night in high season and €1.00/night in low season,
a) High season — April 1st to October 31st;
b) Low season — November 1st to March 31st.
All people aged 13 or over are eligible for payments.

EXTRA BEDS & MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Single rooms: maximum occupancy of 1 adult. Double Rooms: maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child (up to 12 years of age). Junior Suites, Family Rooms and Grand Junior suite: maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children. Grand Suite: maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children. Extra bed policy is only applicable to children up to 12 years of age. Adults cannot be accommodated in extra beds. Cribs are applicable to children up to 2 years of age (from this age onwards the use of an extra bed is required). Extra beds and baby cots (free of charge) are available according to the maximum occupancy of the room.

FOOD AND DRINKS
All rates include buffet breakfast per person. Breakfast included in the rate is served in the Sagres Restaurant (or in another Hotel Restaurant, if the main restaurant is closed). The consumption of food or drinks purchased abroad (external purchases) is not permitted in our restaurants or terraces, without the express written consent of the hotel management and for which a fee may be charged by the Hotel. Free lunches and dinners from the Kangaroo Menu for children up to 5 years old and 50% discount for children between 6 and 12 years old, including in the Hotel's restaurants (except at the Kangaroo club, Room service), whenever accompanying their parents' meals.

CHILDREN
Children over 12 years old are charged the adult rate. Please include children over the age of 12 in the number you enter in the No. of Adults box. Children under 12 years of age benefit from the free accommodation policy when sharing the same room with adults. Ages will be verified during check-in and, if they do not comply with the rules, the adult rate will be charged locally. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult in all public areas to ensure appropriate behavior.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check-in is guaranteed from 5:00 pm, check-out must be done by 11:00 am. Reserved rooms will be held until midnight on the date of arrival, that is, up to 7 (seven) hours after check-in time. For guests checking out after 11:00, the Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional night, quoted according to the Best Available Rate at the time of check-out.
