Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
All reservations must be guaranteed. Reservations may be guaranteed in the following ways: Credit Card (with security code) or bank deposit. Upon approval of the registration, reservations may be invoiced, provided that they are guaranteed by the requesting agency or company. Reservations made with non-refundable rates require prepayment authorization by Credit Card (with security code) or bank deposit.
Cancellation Policies
Refundable Rates - up to 24 hours before arrival
Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the check-in date. In case of cancellation after the deadline or in case of no-show, the amount of the first night will be charged.
A pre-authorization of the amount of the first night on the card provided at the time of booking may be made.
Early departures must be communicated 24 hours in advance, under penalty of being charged one night for the day following the departure.
