Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To guarantee your reservation during the New Year's period, you must pay 100% of the total amount.
On other dates:All reservations are confirmed upon full payment at the time of booking. We offer the possibility of payment in up to 5 installments without interest for amounts over R$ 1,000.00, with a minimum installment of R$ 200.00.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations/changes for the New Year's period must be requested up to 7 days before the check-in date. After this deadline, a penalty of 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
On other dates:
Cancellations/Changes made up to 48 hours prior to check-in (during business hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) will be accepted free of charge. After this period, or if the cancellation occurs on the same day as the reservation, the first night of the reservation or each confirmed reservation will be charged.
Cancellations for New Year's Eve, Carnival, and periods of congresses and events in the city may be requested up to 7 days prior to check-in (during business hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM). After this period, no changes will be possible, and a penalty of the full amount paid will be charged.
