Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Reservations with a refundable policy require payment of 50% of the amount upon confirmation of the reservation, by bank transfer or Pix, and the remainder at the time of check-in by Pix, cash or credit card.
All payments are charged at the time of check-in.
Cancellation Policies
Up to 30 days before the check-in date, 100% refund of the amount already paid;
Up to 20 days before the check-in date, 50% refund of the amount already paid;
Up to 15 days before the check-in date, 25% refund of the amount already paid;
- OR A SINGLE CHANGE OF THE PERIOD FOR THE NEXT 6 MONTHS ACCORDING TO OUR AVAILABILITY AND READJUSTMENT OF THE RATE FOR THE PERIOD OF USE.
7 days before the check-in date, total loss of the amount already paid. No changes will be accepted
RESERVATIONS FOR EVENTS, HOLIDAYS AND HIGH SEASON PERIODS AND PRIMARY RATES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
