Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming your reservation, a 100% deposit of the total amount must be made within 7 days to secure the apartment.
If payment is not received within this period, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice. Please note that the card used for the purchase must be presented at check-in.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations of reservations without a No Show charge will be allowed up to 14 days before the check-in date. Cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
