Proof of payment must be sent before the deadline. If no guarantee is received, the quote will be canceled and will be subject to re-quote. Important: Deposits are not accepted by check or unless otherwise collected.

General Policy
Our standard rooms have 1 king size bed and others have 2 double beds (assignment subject to availability).

-The reservation holder must present an official ID for registration purposes.
-You must wear a bracelet during the entire stay, if lost, an additional charge will be generated.
-Towel cards will be given to you, if lost, an additional charge will be generated.
-Pets are not allowed.
-100% smoke-free hotel.
-Reservations with a stay on December 24 and 31 include Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners. Only infants from 2 to 5 years old are not included, so the dinner supplement will have to be paid at the time of registration, as appropriate.
-Reservations with a stay on long weekends, Easter, Summer Vacations, Christmas and New Year's Eve must make a bank advance for each room. You will be notified in advance by email (Applicable for reservations with the payment method at the hotel).
-If you reserve 3 or more rooms, you will be asked to pay the total amount of the stay on the date stipulated by the Hotel. This applies to any season.
