General Policy
Tesoro Manzanillo, is a 100% smoke-free hotel, it does not accept pets. Any damage caused by guests to hotel property will be covered by the guest. At check-in, you must present the same card that you used to prepay the reservation and prove its ownership. The card must be valid at the time of check-in.
Reservations that are canceled after the deadline, based on the cancellation policy, will generate a penalty of 100% of the total of your stay.
