You will be asked for a credit card as a guarantee and, as per procedure, we will proceed to charge you for 1 night of your stay. If this does not support the charge, you will have a minimum of 24 hours to provide a new card or make the aforementioned deposit. If you ignore it, we will proceed to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation Policies

General Policy
The following rules are summarized and will be provided to guests upon check-in on their registration slip:
1) All guests must register voluntarily and without exception on the hotel's registration slip. All occupants of the reservation must register, indicating whether they are over 12 years of age.
2) Check-out is at 12:00 p.m., with a 60-minute grace period. After this agreed-upon time, an additional charge will be incurred.
3) Guests must pay their reservation in full upon request, and may do so immediately upon check-in.
4) The "GUEST" and/or their companions acknowledge that they are located in areas with very high humidity, so it is common to find areas wet due to condensation, leaving them exposed to circumstances and conditions beyond the scope of the hotel's tourism services.
5) Loud, continuous, and annoying noises that disrupt the rest of other guests are prohibited.
6) The "HOTEL" will not be liable for any losses suffered by the "GUEST" in cash or valuables when such assets are not secured in the safety deposit boxes provided for this purpose in the "GUEST's" room.
7) The "HOTEL" will not authorize access to the "GUEST's" room to any person who has not been previously and expressly authorized by the "GUEST." In any case, and in order to preserve the order and tranquility of the Establishment, the "HOTEL" reserves the right not to allow visitors in the "GUEST's" room or in the swimming pools.
8) It is the obligation of the "GUEST" and their Companions to use the "HOTEL" facilities, observing at all times these regulations, the Rules, Signs, and other instructions for use of each of the areas within them, releasing the "HOTEL" and its Employees from any liability arising from the improper use of the "HOTEL" facilities.
9) Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
10) There is a municipal environmental sanitation tax that must be paid upon arrival at the establishment. It is non-waivable and mandatory. It consists of a charge of $79.20 Mexican pesos or its equivalent in foreign currency at the time of collection.
