Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/18/2025 - 1/4/2026
12/18/2026 - 1/4/2027

You will be asked for a credit card as a guarantee, and we will proceed to charge 100% of your stay. If this does not cover the charge, you will have a minimum of 24 hours to provide a new card or make the aforementioned deposit. Failure to do so will result in your reservation being cancelled.

You will be asked for a credit card as a guarantee and, as per procedure, we will proceed to charge you for 1 night of your stay. If this does not support the charge, you will have a minimum of 24 hours to provide a new card or make the aforementioned deposit. If you ignore it, we will proceed to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/18/2025 - 1/4/2026

The guest can cancel up to 14 days before arrival, otherwise, a penalty will be charged with 100% of the stay, the same penalty will apply in case of no-show and by procedure we will proceed to charge 100% of your stay, to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to please provide us with a credit card, if it does not support the charge, you will have a maximum of 24 hours minimum to provide a new card or make the aforementioned deposit, if you ignore it, we will proceed to cancel your reservation.

Policy applicable on dates: 1/29/2026 - 1/31/2026

Guests may cancel, but will be penalized with 100% of the stay. In case of no-show, the entire stay will be penalized.
