Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Your credit or debit card information will be used as guarantee and full payment will be made at the time of registration at Reception. In case of no-show, the charge will be made for the entire stay.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/19/2025 - 1/3/2026

High Season (Holy Week, Easter, Christmas, and New Year's)
-Cancellations or changes received 30 days prior to arrival will not incur any charges. Cancellations or changes received outside of this timeframe will incur a penalty equal to the total cost of the stay.

In case of no-show or early departure, a penalty equal to the total cost of the stay will apply (applies to all seasons).

On other dates:

.Low season
-Cancellations or changes received 7 days prior to arrival will not have any charge, outside of time a penalty for the total stay will apply.

In case of no-show or early departure, a penalty will apply for the entire stay (applies to all seasons)
