You will be asked for a credit card as a guarantee and, as per procedure, we will proceed to charge you for 1 night of your stay. If this does not support the charge, you will have a minimum of 24 hours to provide a new card or make the aforementioned deposit. If you ignore it, we will proceed to cancel your reservation.

The guest can cancel up to 3 days before arrival, otherwise they will be penalized with 1 night of the stay, the same penalty will apply in case of no-show and by procedure we will proceed to charge for 1 night of your stay, to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to please provide us with a credit card, if this does not support the charge, you will have a maximum of 24 hours minimum to provide a new card or make the aforementioned deposit, if you ignore it, we will proceed to cancel your reservation.
