Cancellations without penalty must be made up to 30 days prior to check-in.

In case of cancellation outside this timeframe or no-show, a penalty of 100% of the reservation value will be charged. If the credit card has not been processed, authorized, or is in the name of a third party, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

If the client arrives at the hotel on the day of arrival, a room will be offered at the rate shown on the website, subject to availability.

On other dates:

For cancellation or change of reservation, it is necessary that the application be made before 3 days (72 hours) check-in.
When an application is done in less than 3 days (72horas) check-in for cancellation will be charged the 1 value per day and you will not be able to amend the booking.
The reservation is canceled and enter as a no-show from 12:0 pm (Brazilian Time Zone) the day after check-in.
In case of delay of the host, the host or the Agency should contact the hotel informing the delay, otherwise the 12:0 pm of the next day the booking will be cancelled and will be charged the 1 value per day of show.
