We only work with advance payments, therefore, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your credit card.

* In case of cancellation or no-show, the penalty is 100% of the reservation value.

If the credit card has not been processed, authorized, or is in the name of a third party, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

If PAYMENT is NOT IDENTIFIED, the RESERVATION will be CANCELLED without prior notice.

Reservations with credit card payments will only be accepted if the cardholder is staying at the hotel, and the reservation is subject to cancellation.

If the client arrives at the hotel on the day of arrival, an apartment will be offered at the rate shown on the website, subject to availability.
