The total amount will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation, as we only work with advance payments.

In case of cancellation outside the established deadline or no-show, the penalty is 100% of the reservation value.

If the credit card has not been processed, authorized, or is in the name of a third party, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

If payment is not identified, the reservation will be cancelled without prior notice.

Reservations paid by credit card will only be accepted if the cardholder is staying at the hotel, and the reservation is subject to cancellation.

If the client arrives at the hotel on the day of arrival, a room will be offered at the rate shown on the website, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policies

To guarantee your reservation, the full amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of purchase.
For regular dates, cancellation without penalty must be made up to 15 days before check-in.

For January and July holidays, holiday packages, and major local events, cancellation without penalty must be made up to 30 days before check-in.
