Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The payment of the booking warranty (1st rate) should be done with the rates (15%).
Will be charged on the card informed at the time of booking.
NEW YEAR'S PACKAGE (non-refundable)-TOTAL anticipated Payment up to 5 working days upon receipt of the booking confirmation. Otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation Policies

For cancellation or change of reservation, it is necessary that the application be made before 3 days (72 hours) check-in.
When an application is done in less than 3 days (72horas) check-in for cancellation will be charged the 1 value per day and you will not be able to amend the booking.
The reservation is canceled and enter as a no-show from 12:0 pm (Brazilian Time Zone) the day after check-in.
In case of delay of the host, the host or the Agency should contact the hotel informing the delay, otherwise the 12:0 pm of the next day the booking will be cancelled and will be charged the 1 value per day of show.
